✿ Booking Policy

Before making the payment, you are agreeing to our Regular Terms & Conditions and Booking Cancellation Terms

Call or WhatsApp to confirm availability before transferring an advance amount.
To reserve the rooms for your travel dates, deposit a minimum 40% of the total package cost as an advance.
Once the payment is done & the amount is reflected in our account, a confirmation mail / whatsApp message will be shared with you including the details like address, managers' mobile numbers, payment status, check-in / check-out dates, etc.

✿ Child Policy

Children Below 5 Years: Stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents. Meals are not included.
Children Aged 6-12 Years: Additional charges apply for extra bedding. Please check at the reception for details.
b>Children Above 12 Years: Considered adults for pricing purposes and charged accordingly.

✿ Cancellation Terms

The cancellation policy rules will be applied to your advance booking amount.
If Cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date – A full refund (Rs 500 Per Room will be deducted as a cancellation charge)
If Cancellation is made from 15 days to 0 days before the arrival date – No Refund.
The cancellation refund will be processed in 02 working days.

✿ Important Terms & Conditions:

Accessibility: This property is not accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please make arrangements accordingly.
In case of late check-in or early check-out, there is no discount.
No refund for Stay will be processed if the Adventures/Activities are canceled due to an Act of God or bad weather conditions.
Total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons/rooms.
An advance amount is required to reserve the rooms for your travel date. The booking is not confirmed until the hotel does not receive the advance payment.
The balance amount should be paid during check-in time. If the balance amount is not received by the hotel during the specified time (01:00 PM) then the booking stands canceled (From Guest End). And there will be no refund.
If the guest refuses to pay the complete balance amount during the check-in then the booking stands canceled (From Guest Side). And there will be no refund in this condition.
No Refund, If visitors deny staying in the Rooms for any personal reason. Hotel Divya Ganga always provides the same camp and same package as mentioned on the website. Check and read all the details carefully before confirming the booking (Eg. facilities, location, photographs, etc.)
Property Care: Guests are requested to handle the hotel's infrastructure, utilities, and materials with care. In case of damages, the charges for repairs or replacements must be settled immediately. A list of charges is available upon request. Please note, the damage policy and charges are non-negotiable.
Check-in Policy: A valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhar, or Driving License) is required for all guests. For pre-booked reservations, kindly ensure the balance payment is completed at check-in.
Checkout Policy: Kindly ensure checkout by 11:00 AM to avoid late fees. All dues must be settled at the reception before departure to avoid delays or inconvenience.
Peaceful Environment: Guests are requested to maintain a serene environment. Loud noises or music are not allowed after 10:00 PM to respect the comfort of others.
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage.
Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Food & Beverage Policy: To maintain cleanliness, please avoid consuming food or beverages on the bed. Any stains or damages to bedding will result in charges for replacements.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property premises.
